Do not do business with these people! They take your money and provide NO service! They lie! They withhold the truth! ... and they are too expensive.. Shop around and you will find better service for a lower price. They could not have provided my family with more grief over their stone production and placement. The people that run this operation care far less about you than they lead you to believe at the beginning.

We were given the wrong stone with the wrong art - We were mistreated and I became so angry that I went online myself.

BE CARRFUL! These guys are SMOOTH TALKERS! Once they take your $$$ you will most likely get screwed.

My younger step brother was a police detective for over 30 years. He loved working on the force and was highly respected among his peers. We are a close Italian family and all loved him. He was a perfect father and husband.

He suddenly died on SI of a heart attack. All of us, including his wife and 2 teenage kids were devastated.

We chose Staten Island Monuments to do the stone. We found out later that Staten Island Monuments is some company with MANY different business names including Artists Memorial, Staten Island Monuments, Moravian Monuments, Amboy Monuments some pizza place and some construction business. If we did the right thing and checked them out first, we would have turned around and walked right out the door. As a retired businessman, and have been around long enough to know that a company with many names means they are up to no good. I hope you are reading this before you walk in their offices. Check them out thoroughly.

They were SMOOTH TALKERS. Real Smooth. They were all too friendly until we gave them the check. We paid over $1000 more than we should have. Once they were paid, they acted like they didn''t know us.

In the end, they completely screwed up the stone. The artwork we wanted was not what we specified. We asked Robert Flood for some money back, we got nothing. He avoided our calls as often as he could. In my book, he''s a dirty player.

These guys are more interested in making a quick buck than taking care of families. Take my advice .......... Keep on driving when you drive past their offices. Don''t bother stopping in. You will get nothing but headaches and grief.
