Mohawk Valley Monuments is a full service memorial dealer experienced for over 75 years in the fine skills of design, carving and etching memorials. We use custom carved letters and design to fit your personal wishes. Mohawk Valley Monuments has extensive knowledge of cemetery rules and regulations. We have vast experience in the selection and knowledge of granite and marble used in the industry. We are able to hand etch personalized drawing on the memorials.
Services range from inscribing a date of death on an existing monument to designing and building family estate mausoleums. We also offer lettering, cleaning and restoration of your memorials. All work can be done on site.
About Us
Mohawk Valley Monuments was established in 1929 by Joseph Mancini. As a young man in Italy he learned the monument trade from his father, When Joseph came to this country, he continued his trade and passed down his knowledge to his sons Peter and Richard. In 1964, Joseph turned the business over to his sons Peter and Richard. Peter then taught the trade to his own two sons, Joseph and Rich who now successfully own and operate Mohawk Valley Monuments. Mohawk Valley Monuments build its reputation on high quality workmanship and service from simple grave markings to intricate family mausoleums. Mohawk Valley Monuments has served the community of the Mancini Family. Joe and Rich carry the same love of the business as their father and grandfather before them. Mohawk Valley Monuments still maintain the same degree of workmanship and quality that their grandfather started in 1929.
