Comfort Funeral Home Inc. is proud to announce that we have partnered with the Carmichael & Reed Monument Company to bring a local monument / headstone / marker display and sales office to serve southern Erie County and the Greater East Aurora, NY Area.
Carmichael & Reed Monument Company is a locally owned, family operated monument company that performs all aspects of monument sales including lettering, installation at the cemetery, maintenance and repair. We have several monuments and markers on display outside at our Comfort Funeral Home Inc. location at 6469 Olean Rd (Rte 16 at the end of Rte 400 Expy, East Aurora NY 14052) in South Wales NY 14139.
We saw the need for local sales and service for monuments and headstones. Instead of having families driving a half an hour towards the city we consider this a natural fit and a great convenience for our local families to be able to make all their selections locally.
In addition to what is on display at our location, we also have hundreds of monuments/headstones in catalog form that shows all the available options for stone colors, lettering and a wide selection of pictures and etchings. We also can etch any picture onto a granite memorial that the family requests, all the family has to do is bring us a photograph and we can duplicate it.
