| My mother passed away in December 2009, we paid for her tombstone immediately - it''s now one year later and she lies in an unmarked grave - months of excuses why there is no marker (the ground is too cold, trouble with the stone, etc.) marked the first 6 months - now there is no answer on the phone and the office seems permanently closed. We will try legal action, but I doubt it will work - stay FAR AWAY from this place and the miserable excuse for a human being who owns/operate it!!! I wold provide a zero rating, but the lowest the system will accept is a one. | ||
